Property Management?
Technical management should include breakdowns, maintenance problems, leaks, electrical problems, etc. As property manager in Amsterdam we will take on the role of an intermediary. All reports of a malfunction will be received by our office and and up to an agreed mandate we can directly send a subcontractor or supplier, for larger problems we will, in consultation with the owner, request quotes or facilitate a solution directly. As owner, you will not receive any annoying calls or emails from the tenant, among others, we will receive them.
Financial or administrative management means that we as a property management company in Amsterdam will collect the rent from the tenants and acts in cases of non-payment. Automatic action will be taken when the rent is not paid on time and we will also start a collection process in case of non-payment. Furthermore, it is simple for both owner and tenant to log into our system and immediately be able to view and save or print the financial state of affairs. Again, the goal is to relieve the owner as much as possible from annoying situations regarding payments and administrative matters.
